Girls Varsity Soccer Ends the Regular Season with a BIG Win

The girls varsity soccer team beat Milan 4-3 in their final league game of the year. The goals were scored by Lea Stogiera, Makenzie Marrow, Rylee Bolton, and Violet O’Brien. With assists from Rylee Bolton and Courtney Woods. Our final league record was 6-8, which earns them a 4th place finish.

Girls Soccer Shutsout SMCC 4-0

The Flat Rock Varsity soccer girls shutout SMCC by a score of 4-0. The flat rock goals were scored by Makenzie Marrow, Lea Stogiera, Rylee Bolton, & Courtney Woods, with assists from Rylee Bolton, Madison Marrow, & Courtney Woods, . Casondra Duncan earned the shut-out in net.

Girls’ Soccer Wins 4-0 Over Airport

Courtney Woods scored the 1st and last of the 4 goals both times assisted by Makenzie Marrow.  Rylee Bolton and Lauryn Woods each scored with assists from Lea Stogiera and Ceana Calcaterra.  The defense with Casondra Duncan in goal maintained the shutout.

Girls’ Soccer win 9-1 over Jefferson

On Wednesday (5/10) the girls beat Jefferson 9-1.  Olivia Goeble led the scoring with 3 goals.  Lea Stogiera scored twice and Mackenzie Marrow, Courtney Woods, Olivia Fred, and Xandria Allen each scored a goal.  Rylee Bolton had assisted on two of the goals, with Madison Marrow, Makenzie Marrow Lea Stogiera, and Olivia Fred each earning

Girls Soccer vs. Riverview – Start Time Adjustment

The Varsity Girls Soccer game scheduled for Thursday May 11th at Flat Rock vs. Riverview has adjusted the start time to 3:30 p.m. instead of 4:30. The move is designed to accommodate honors night at Riverview HS.

ATHLETIC UPDATE FRIDAY MAY 5TH – SATURDAY MAY 6TH

The weather has won out. The Ram Relays scheduled for Friday May 5th at 4 p.m. have been rescheduled due to rain, wind and cold temperatures. It will be made up on FRIDAY MAY 26TH at 2:00 p.m. We will go with an earlier start so as to minimally impact any Memorial Weekend travel plans.

Girls Soccer Wins Big Over Arbor Prep

On Monday (5/1) the girls scored a big 9-2 win over Ypsilanti Arbor Prep. Sisters Madison & Makenzie Marrow lead the scoring with 3 goals each. Lauryn Woods scored twice and her sister Courtney Woods scored once. The goals were assisted by Rylee Bolton (2) Lauryn Woods (2), Courtney Woods, Makenzie Marrow, and Lea Stogiera.
